Shipping & Returns
The Pink Turtle Return Policy:
We're a small, local business, and we pride ourselves on bringing fresh, new products into our store every day. Our customers appreciate variety and quality over quantity, which is why our product turnover is about 14 days.
To be accepted for return, items must be in perfect condition—free from makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette odor, or any other marks.
Returns can be made in-store or by mail. Store credit can be used both in-store and online, and it never expires.
RETURN POLICY:
- Within 3 days of receipt: refund offered in original form of payment
- Within 4-14 days: store credit
- After 14 days+ of receipt: NO RETURNS ACCEPTED
- Sale items (including BOGO sale), swimsuits, worn items are NOT returnable
Returned items must:
- be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in pristine condition
- have original packaging and tags
- not be worn, including jewelry
- be accompanied by the receipt
We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Please ship returns to:

Please re-pack the merchandise in the same manner it was received, such as a poly mailer or a jewelry box within a bubble mailer. The Pink Turtle is not responsible for damage to returned merchandise due to inadequate packaging.
Upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item or issue a merchandise credit minus the cost of shipping. The Pink Turtle is not responsible for the shipping and handling costs for returned orders.
The Pink Turtle is not responsible for non-delivery. Please contact the USPS for non-receipt of merchandise.
