The Pink Turtle wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Effective March 23, 2020
Due to the economic impact of COVID-19, we revised our policy to no longer include refunds on orders placed between 3/23/20-6/4/20. This change will expedite processing times for store credits and size exchanges. Thank you for understanding and continuing to support our small business! We greatly appreciate each and everyone of you!

If you are dissatisfied with your non-custom item for any reason you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.  After 14 days, returns will be processed in the form of a The Pink Turtle credit (gift card or Ecomm code) or a new item of equal or lesser value. Returned items must be unworn and unused and in pristine condition with the original packaging and tags. Worn items, including jewelry, cannot be returned.

Sale items are final sale (including BOGO sale) are not eligible for return or exchange.

The original receipt is required to process all returns and merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items, intimates and earrings may not be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received after 14 days or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Please re-pack the merchandise in the same manner it was received, such as a poly mailer or a jewelry box within a bubble mailer. The Pink Turtle is not responsible for damage to returned merchandise due to inadequate packaging.

Upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item or issue a merchandise credit minus the cost of shipping. The Pink Turtle is not responsible for the shipping and handling costs for returned orders.
